When Will My Goods be Shipped?
We try to ship your goods within two days of your payment clearance. Please allow for 7 days from then for delivery within Australia and up to 3 weeks for international delivery. Goods will only be shipped when your payment has cleared. All goods are shipped via Australia Post and may include a "signed for" service depending on the value of the goods.

Return Policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund (excluding postage and packing fees) provided the item is returned with 14 days in Australia and 30 days internationally of the date of original dispatch from us to you and is in it’s original, unworn condition. This does not apply to items which have been altered to your specifications, or earrings due to hygiene reasons. Please note that the return postage is at your (the customer’s) expense.
